H\u00e5landsdal idrettslag har eit h\u00f8gt aktivitetsniv\u00e5 med gode tilbod til b\u00e5de aktive ut\u00f8varar og\u00a0 ski- og turglade folk.<\/p>\n

Idrettslaget har bygd flotte skianlegg med skytebane p\u00e5 Holdhus og p\u00e5 Bygdast\u00f8len. L\u00f8ypene er til for dei som trenar aktivt og for alle andre som er glade i \u00e5 koma seg ut i naturen \u00e5 g\u00e5 p\u00e5 ski. L\u00f8ypene p\u00e5 Bygdast\u00f8len er eit flott utgangspunkt\u00a0 for turar til Holdhusst\u00f8len, \u00d8ykjafjellet, Heihillerhornet og Ottanosi, alt etter kva utfordringar ein \u00f8nskjer.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00e5 Bygdast\u00f8len har idrettslaget siste \u00e5ra lagt ned mykje innsats i eit omr\u00e5de for allsidig skileik. Det er lys i b\u00e5de l\u00f8ypene og skileikomr\u00e5det p\u00e5 Bygdast\u00f8len. Varmestova\/lavvoen\u00a0 er ogs\u00e5 open for alle, her kan ein g\u00e5 inn \u00e5 fyra i ovnen og varma seg.<\/span><\/p>\n

St\u00f8rste aktiviteten til idrettslaget er skiskyting og me har over 60 aktive ut\u00f8varar fr\u00e5 8 \u00e5r og opp til seniorniv\u00e5.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I H\u00e5landsdalen er me s\u00e5 heldige at me har fantastiske muligheter for fjellturar. Idrettslaget har plassert ut b\u00f8ker p\u00e5 fleire fjelltoppar og h\u00e5par dette\u00a0 skal inspirera folk til \u00e5 g\u00e5 p\u00e5 tur. Til neste \u00e5r vil me ogs\u00e5 pr\u00f8va \u00e5 trekkja nokre premiar til dei som har skrive seg i turb\u00f8kene.<\/span><\/p>\n

Me \u00f8nskjer at flest mogleg skal kjenna til tilboda som idrettslaget har og me h\u00e5par at folk i heile kommunen skal f\u00e5 glede og nytte av dei flotte aktivitetane som HIL legg til rette for.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c5 nytta seg av skil\u00f8ypene kostar ikkje meir enn avgifta p\u00e5 bomvegen til Bygdast\u00f8len. Bruk av l\u00f8ypene p\u00e5 Holdhus er ogs\u00e5 gratis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Samtidig \u00f8nskjer me i HIL sj\u00f8lvsagt at s\u00e5 mange som mogeleg \u00f8nskjer \u00e5 vera medlem i idrettslaget, derfor h\u00e5par me at DU ogs\u00e5 vil bli medlem!<\/span><\/p>\n

For aktive ut\u00f8varar skal familien til dei som er under 16 \u00e5r vera familiemedlem, mens alle over 16 \u00e5r skal vera enkeltmedlem.<\/span><\/p>\n
